With Print-on-demand and shipping partners to produce and deliver physical orders. At launch, physical products are available in Canada only.
-
With digital delivery or storage tools when needed to provide access to purchased files or manage order assets.
-
With marketing or advertising partners if we use those tools, including certain Shopify features related to store performance, personalization, or advertising.

When you direct us to share information or otherwise consent to a disclosure.
-
To comply with law or protect rights including responding to valid legal process, enforcing our policies, investigating misuse, or protecting our business, customers, or others.
-
In connection with a business transfer such as a sale, merger, reorganization, or similar transaction.
We do not sell customer-uploaded pet photos or customization notes.
Photo Use and Marketing Consent
Customer-uploaded pet photos, reference images, and final artwork are used to fulfill the purchased order and provide related customer support.
We do not publicly post, share, advertise with, or showcase customer-uploaded photos or final artwork in our portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials unless the customer has given explicit consent.
If we offer a consent checkbox or request permission separately, you may choose whether we may feature your final artwork. If permission is granted, we recommend featuring the final artwork without personal contact information.
Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services may be transmitted to and shared with Shopify as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside, in order to provide and improve the Services.
In addition, certain Shopify features may use data related to your interactions with our store and other merchants to support performance, analytics, personalization, fraud prevention, or advertising features. To learn more about how Shopify uses personal information and any rights you may have in relation to Shopify's processing, please review Shopify's consumer privacy materials and privacy portal.
Third-Party Websites and Links
The Services may contain links to websites or platforms operated by third parties. If you follow a link to a third-party site, you should review that party's privacy and security practices. We are not responsible for the privacy or security of third-party sites or services that we do not control.
Children's Data
The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete that information.
Security and Retention of Your Information
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We limit access to customer order information, uploaded pet photos, and customization files to the people, tools, and service providers reasonably needed to operate the business and fulfill orders.
As a general practice, we aim to retain order-related files, including uploaded pet photos and working assets, for up to 90 days after fulfillment in order to support issues such as delivery problems, defect claims, support follow-up, or reprint needs. We may retain certain information for longer where needed for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes.
After the applicable retention period, we aim to delete or minimize retained raw customer files when they are no longer reasonably needed.

-
the right to request access to personal information we hold about you;
-

the right to receive information about how your personal information is used;
-
the right to opt out of certain promotional communications.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those messages. We may still send service-related or transactional messages, such as order confirmations, proof approvals, delivery emails, or support responses.
