What photos should I upload?

Upload 1–2 clear photos of your pet with good lighting, sharp focus on the face and eyes, and minimal motion blur. Better photos help us get a stronger likeness.

How long does it take?

We typically create your artwork within 24–48 hours after your order and photos are received. You’ll then get an email with your digital download link or an update that your physical order is in production, followed by tracking once it ships.

Do I get to see a preview before it's finalized?

Design Swap orders are created without a proof preview to keep turnaround fast and simple. We use your selected design, your pet photos, and our internal quality checks before final delivery.

What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. All physical products are final sale.

What if I have a different design in mind?

Have a different idea in mind? Email us and we’ll let you know whether we can accommodate it within our current product options.
